The Q.N.A.
Use your audience (or the internet) to generate engagement on autopilot.
The bigger and better your audience is, the better and more powerful this Email Archetype becomes.
After all, it's become a staple for a lot of big email players for good reason.
It's an amazing tool and if you have the option, you should harness it.
But if you don't have a big audience, fret not, dear whoever-you-are, because if you know how to write interesting and engaging emails, you can still make good use of it.
Ideally though, you want both.
Now, to write highly engaging emails, you can just use some of the Archetypes in here, so this problem is solved.
And if you don't have a big-ish audience yet, don't worry, you can make the most of it soon, when you'll have one... no.... Biggie (ba dum tss 🥁)
To write this kind of email, first you gotta ask your peeps for questions they might have that you can answer.
Now, assuming the questions do come pouring in, you take some of the best ones (and by best ones, I mean the ones with the biggest potential for entertainment), you feature them in an email and you answer them one by one.
There are a lot of list owners that send one email like this once per week to keep things fresh.
And, by the way, I lied.
You DON'T actually need a big audience to do that.
(Though, it would be best if you DID have one)
As long as those questions are relevant to your audience and you don't select random crap, this works almost as good as questions coming from your audience. Almost.
Because when it comes from your audience, your readers have extra reasons to pay attention, ask more questions, and ask better questions.
Because your readers want you to pay attention to them and they want to be featured in your emails. Even if the questions are anonymized afterwards.
